About Lisa

Ms. Lisa Ross serves as the Commercial Leasing and Property Administrator for the Vero Beach Regional Airport, where she works to support the Airport’s tenant insurance and property compliance components of the leasing team.

 

Ms. Ross has been employed by the City of Vero Beach since 1988 and transferred to the Airport in 2008. She brings experience in municipal operations, accounting, customer service, and property administration, as well as more than 25 years of construction knowledge and hands-on experience from previously co-owning and operating a construction business.

 

She holds a Technical Certificate in Accounting Applications, an Associate Degree in Accounting Technology from Indian River Community College, and a Property Management Certificate earned in 2024.

 

In her current role, Ms. Ross is responsible for monitoring tenant insurance requirements, monitoring tenant property compliance by identifying maintenance or property compliance concerns, and coordinating with tenants regarding required corrective actions. In addition, Ms. Ross assists with the preparation and organization of airline schedules and monitors and maintains the Airport’s based-aircraft information.
