Access to I-95 is located approximately 5.5 miles away, with Highway 60 just over half a mile away and Highway U.S. 1  just over 1.5 miles away. Utilities would need to be brought to the edge of designated parcels. There are local ATCT line of sight height restrictions. This central airfield location offers close access to the airport's parallel runways 12R-30L and 12L-30R via adjacent property along Taxiway F and Taxiway E. A Customs and Border Protection User Fee Facility for general aviation is planned along Runway 12R, with construction expected to begin over the next several years.
